| 7. | When checking the quantities in your order - Do not cut the strapping if you wish to make a claim |
| 8. | When checking the quality of your timber, you must do so within 12 hours of delivery if you wish to make a claim |
| 9. | Refunds or exchanges NOT normally accepted. 40% restocking fee will apply (min change $75) Excludes trucking fee |

| 14. | Customers please appreciate that our timber quality is above standard, both visually and structurally. However it is not always possible to provide you with 'perfect timber'. Please familiarise yourself with the various tricks and trade tips necessary when working with treated softwoods. |
